Much pride is taken in the making of these cookies, the treat ingredients used are organic with the majority being certified organic. 
The base mix is simply the popular Science Selective from Supreme Pet Foods and these will be species specific-chinchilla, degu, guinea pig or bunny - timothy hay, meadow hay and the readigrass range are used too.
I do not add any nasty extras such as binders, preservatives or any other additives. I do not even use powdered rolled oats as a binding agent.

Our own chinchillas are regular taste testers and I never use anything in the cookies that I’d not give to our own beloved chinnies. Cookies will have a very long shelf life provided they’re stored in suitable containers which are 100% airtight, away from sunlight and in dry conditions.

The photos in the listings are all examples,  as there are far too many combinations to add photos of them all.

PROCESSING TIMES:


Cookies are all freshly made to order and this is usually within 2-5 days of your order being received. If your order is urgent please do let me know and I shall do my very best to speed things along! 

Treat only orders can usually be despatched the following day.

Delivery is with Royal Mail using their Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 services, please select your chosen option at checkout- default is Tracked 24.

Please allow extra time for delivery over bank holidays. (Currently UK only) 

Once your order is marked as “processing” I will be unable to make any adjustments 

REFUNDS/RETURNS: 

Due to the made to order, bespoke and perishable nature of the items I sell,  refunds/returns are only permitted should the item be damaged or not as described.   Please notify me within 48 hours of receipt.  I’m sorry but I cannot offer refunds or replacements should your small furry not like the items you’ve chosen. 

Please note storage methods are paramount!  100% dry and airtight conditions are key as I do not add any preservatives.

Please do contact me within 48 hours if your order is  damaged or not as described. Return postage costs are not free of charge. 

DISCLAIMER:

 If choosing your own treats for cookies with the Bespoke  flavour option, please ensure the item is safe for your pet. All items are chinchilla safe as that is where my expertise lies. Unless otherwise requested I use flowers, leaves and roots for degus,  guinea pigs and bunnies.

Cookies and treats are not a replacement for good quality pellets and hays, although all the ingredients are perfectly safe there’s no substitute for a good quality hay for the best dental workout.
